重庆大娄山脉毛茛科珍贵药用植物及民间验方

本文介绍在第四次全国中药资源普查中对重庆大娄山脉的调查,从民间收集珍贵的中草药传统使用经验及知识。通过访问并采集相关的植物标本,整理出8种毛茛科珍贵草药——金山铜骨七、金山拐枣七、金山绿升麻、金山拐子药、金山鸡爪连、溪边飞蛾七、金山岩乌头、雪上一枝蒿,并对其基源植物、凭证标本、采集加工、单验方进行梳理。     

Integrin α11 in non–small cell lung cancer is associated with tumor progression and postoperative recurrence

Integrins are transmembrane proteins that mediate cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix. Integrin α11 (ITGA11) is not expressed in normal alveolar epithelial cells and is a known receptor for collagen. While integrin α11β1 overexpression in the tumor stroma has been associated with tumor growth and metastatic potential of non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), little is known about the role of ITGA11 in tumor cells. Thus, we examined the RNA expression of ITGA11 by quantitative RT‐PCR in 80 samples collected from NSCLC patients who had undergone surgical resection and analyzed the clinical outcomes. We found that high expression of ITGA11 was associated with lower recurrence‐free survival in all NSCLC patients (P = 0.043) and in stage I NSCLC patients (P = 0.049). These results were consistent with in silico analyses of the Cancer Genome Atlas database. We also analyzed cell proliferation, migration and invasion capacity in lung cancer cell lines after overexpression of ITGA11. Overexpression of ITGA11 in lung cancer cell lines had little effect on cell proliferation but resulted in increased migration and invasion capacity. Our findings suggest that ITGA11 plays a significant role in cancer migration and invasion, leading to higher recurrence. ITGA11 expression may be a predictor of poor prognosis in patients with surgically resected NSCLC.     

Comparison of Laparoscopic-Assisted Operations and Laparotomy Operations for the Treatment of Hirschsprung Disease: Evidence From a Meta-Analysis

The purpose of this meta-analysis is to compare the relative merits among laparoscopic-assisted operations and laparotomy operations for patients with Hirschsprung disease.PubMed, Web of Science, and Wanfang databases were searched for the related articles. We analyzed dichotomous variables by estimating odds ratios (ORs) with their 95% confidence intervals (CIs) and continuous variables using the weighted mean difference (WMD) with the 95% CI. The random-effects model (REM) was used to combine the results. The outcome measures included operating time (OT), estimated blood loss (EBL), length of hospital stay (LOHS), mean first bowel movement (MFBM), and number of complications.Sixteen articles were included in the meta-analysis. These studies involved a total of 774 patients, 396 of whom underwent laparoscopic-assisted operations and 378 of whom underwent laparotomy operations. The EBL (WMD = −1.48, 95% CI = −1.82, −1.13), LOHS (WMD = −0.67, 95% CI = −0.86, −0.49), MFBM (WMD = −0.83, 95% CI = −1.05, −0.61), and number of complications (OR = 0.60, 95% CI = 0.40, 0.89) were significantly lower in laparoscopic-assisted operations than in laparotomy operations. The OT (WMD = 0.12, 95% CI = −0.05, 0.28) showed no significant differences between laparoscopic-assisted operations and laparotomy operations.Compared with laparotomy operations, laparoscopic-assisted operations are generally safer and more reliable for patients with Hirschsprung disease.     

基于SOCS通路探讨糖尿病足溃疡治疗中中药“去腐生新”作用的研究进展

糖尿病足溃疡（DFUs）是糖尿病严重的并发症之一，发病率和截肢率高，目前具体发病机制仍未完全明确。相关研究表明，炎症、感染和营养障碍等多种因素共同影响DFUs的转归及预后。抑制相关炎症通路和细胞因子表达，可促使坏死组织脱落促进愈合。此外，细胞因子信号传导抑制因子家族蛋白（SOCS）可通过激活蛋白酪氨酸激酶（JAK）/信号转导和转录活化因子（STAT）信号通路参与细胞因子信号转导，参与DFUs创面炎症反应以及愈合过程。近年来，大量研究发现具有“去腐生新”功效的单味中药及其活性成分、中药复方对DFUs具有很好的疗效，研究中药治疗DFUs的具体机制已成为近些年来研究的热点之一。文章查阅近年文献，就SOCS通路与DFUs的关系及中医药治疗DFUs作用机制进行综述。     

基于血清代谢组学技术考察通阳化浊方与四妙勇安汤治疗冠心病模型家兔的作用机制＊

目的 通过血清代谢组学技术，考察通阳化浊方与四妙勇安汤在治疗冠心病家兔中的作用机制。方法 40只雄性白兔，随机分为空白组、模型组、通阳化浊方组与四妙勇安汤组4组，每组10只。空白组正常饮食，模型组给予高脂饲料喂养至第8周，于第4周结束后，用球囊法手术损伤实验兔的右侧颈总动脉；在模型组基础上，两个实验组分别在术后，灌胃给予通阳化浊方和四妙勇安汤，连续4周，每日1次。给药结束后，模型组与实验组每组抽取3只家兔，采集全血后，用LC-MS技术进行血清代谢组学检测，运用PCA与OPLS-DA分析法来寻找差异性表达的代谢物和代谢途径。结果 相较于模型组，通阳化浊方与四妙勇安汤组分别存在45和27个差异化合物，通阳化浊方组涉及18条代谢通路，根据Impact值 > 0.05筛选出5条主要代谢通路，包括精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢、组氨酸代谢、牛磺酸和牛磺酸代谢、精氨酸生物合成和α-亚麻酸代谢；四妙勇安汤组涉及11条代谢通路，筛选出2条主要代谢通路分别为牛磺酸和牛磺酸代谢、组氨酸代谢。结论 通阳化浊方与四妙勇安汤在治疗冠心病模型家兔的过程中存在差异性代谢产物，干预相应的代谢通路可能会对药物在模型中的作用产生影响。     

针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的选穴规律研究

目的:探讨针刺治疗坐骨神经痛在现代临床研究中的选穴规律。方法:通过计算机检索2009年1月—2019年2月中文数据库CNKI、万方、维普中针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献,归纳分析选穴规律。结果:共纳入合格文献192篇,包含74个腧穴,共使用1494次,经络主要以足太阳膀胱经(54.89%)和足少阳胆经(34.74%)为主;选穴部位以下肢(83.13%)为主;常用穴位依次为环跳(188)、委中(154)、阳陵泉(143)、承山(117)、昆仑(110)、大肠俞(88)、秩边(87)、悬钟(82)、肾俞(78)、承扶(56)。结论:现代针灸治疗坐骨神经痛以循经、局部取穴为主,重视本经配穴及阳经腧穴的应用。     

吴茱萸化学成分和药理作用及质量标志物(Q-marker)的预测分析

吴茱萸是我国常用的大宗中药材,资源丰富且分布较广,具有广阔的开发利用前景。吴茱萸中化学成分类型丰富,包括生物碱、苦味素、挥发油、黄酮等类成分,传统认为生物碱和苦味素为其主要药效成分。对其化学成分、药理作用综述的基础上,根据中药质量标志物(Q-marker)理论,从生源途径、化学成分与传统功效、传统药性、新的临床用途、毒性、可测成分、入血成分及不同配伍环境几方面对吴茱萸Q-marker成分进行预测分析,为明确吴茱萸Q-marker和制定科学的质量标准提供基础。     

抗PD-1/PD-L1免疫检查点抑制剂的皮肤免疫相关不良反应的研究进展

随着免疫检查点抑制剂（immune checkpoint inhibitors，ICPI）在国内外临床试验和应用中的逐步推广，越来越多的患者从免疫治疗中获得显著的疗效。其中抗程序细胞死亡蛋白1（programmed death-1，PD-1）及其配体（PD-1 ligand，PD-L1）免疫检查点抑制剂已被美国食品药品管理局（FDA）批准用于恶性黑色素瘤、转移性鳞状非小细胞肺癌、晚期肾癌、头颈鳞状细胞癌、尿路上皮癌等肿瘤的治疗。但PD-1/PD-L1单抗也会引起免疫相关性皮肤、消化道、肝脏、内分泌、肺部等器官的不良反应，皮肤毒性如皮疹、白癜风、皮肤干燥症等是最常见也是最早发生的不良反应。
